World-class Patented Technology

The technology developed by PPR has several components:

  • Digital identity records for each user include
    • Picture
    • Digital fingerprints
    • Signature
  • A Linux-based system with industrial-strength security, which prevents unauthorized access to its records by hackers or other criminals.
  • A monitoring system of daily audits of an exact replica of the Public Registry records which compares the transactions that have taken place in the last 24 hours against PPR's own database.
  • An early warning system in case an unauthorized transaction is detected. As soon as the warning is issued, PPR files a note of objection with the Public Registry, which in effect "freezes" the transaction until the legitimate owner of the real estate contacts the Public Registry to set the record straight.
